There was a time when I stepped out to take out the trash in slippers and a robe, and the door slammed shut behind me. No phone, no keys — not exactly the best situation. Only thanks to door unlocking Wedding I managed to get back inside quickly and without any damage to the door. Since then, I've been much more careful, but that experience proved such things can happen to anyone.

I ended up in a situation: my keys are inside the flat and I have a train to catch this evening. I don't have the whole day to wait. Who can actually help open a door quickly in Berlin, preferably without damage? Has anyone called such a service before?
