Weird Casino Habits That Actually Work?

Do you guys ever notice how some players stick to super odd routines when gambling online, like switching games every 10 minutes, betting only on "lucky" numbers, or even stopping after tiny wins like it's some kind of ritual? I tried a few of these habits myself, not gonna lie, and sometimes it feels like they weirdly help, but maybe it's just in my head. Curious if anyone else has these quirks or if I'm just overthinking the whole thing again.
