I like the de_train map, it's big and there are a lot of places where you can hide and be unnoticed, for example, in containers. I downloaded this map for Counter-Strike from https://all-cs.ru/ , there are more than a thousand maps here, you can start by downloading some small maps, such as fy_snow or cs_bank, to test it, and then move on to harder locations.
